COA and Dartfish Announce Partnership Renewal

SACRAMENTO, CA . . . The Community College League of California Commission on Athletics (COA) has announced a partnership renewal agreement with Dartfish USA. The terms designate Dartfish as a COA partner through August 2008.

Dartfish, the worldwide leader in visual communication, develops performance enhancing sport video training applications and exclusive televised broadcast footage. Dartfish technology is used across the nation and allows coaches to capture, track, demonstrate and analyze a specific skill step-by-step, and has the ability to "tag" an event with targeted areas for post game or scouting analysis. The system's cutting-edge "In the Action" feature and interactive imaging, gives immediate feedback to improve performance.

"We are pleased to renew our partnership with the COA," said Victor Bergonzoli, president and U.S. general manager of Dartfish. "We take pride in ensuring that California coaches and teams will continue to have access to the finest motion analysis software available anywhere."

For the length of the agreement, Dartfish will provide its program to COA colleges at a significantly reduced contract fee.

"Video training systems are quickly becoming an integral and indispensable piece of athletic training and coaching," said COA Executive Director Carlyle Carter. "We are pleased to continue this partnership with Dartfish, an innovative industry leader, and allow COA member colleges the opportunity to obtain video technology at a considerable discount."

COA colleges interested in Dartfish products should contact Kevin Collins at 541.382.0990.
