CREDENTIAL REQUEST:
Credential request forms can be obtained at www.coasports.org/fallfestival.
Return forms via email (deadie@coasports.org
or fax (916.444.2616).
CREDENTIAL PICKUP:
Media credentials will be held for pick-up at the championship
venue “Credential/Pass Entrance”, and will be available approximately
2 hours prior to the opening contest. If you are covering a specific team
only, please indicate that team on your request.
ONSITE MEDIA DIRECTORS:
The California Community College Sports Information Association
(CCCSIA) will provide an onsite media relations director at each championship
venue. Contact Dave Eadie for contact
information relevant to the championship you will cover.
INTERVIEWS:
Credentialed media are responsible for obtaining their own
interviews with players and coaches.
STATISTICS:
Official statistics will be available/distributed to credentialed
media at each event. If you cannot
attend, but would like statistics, box scores and results emailed to you,
please email your request to deadie@coasports.org.
Statistics will also be available online at www.coasports.org.
BROADCAST
PROCEDURES:
Please contact Dave Eadie at 916.444.1699 or deadie@coasports.org no later than two
weeks prior to the event to make broadcast arrangements, even if tentative
and contingent upon yet to be competed regional contests.
PRESS
SERVICES:
A fax machine, copier and telephone will be available in a
designated media area at each venue.
