As stated within sections 4.3 and 4.4 of the COA Constitution: The CCCADA Executive Board is responsible for soliciting, screening and nominating athletic deans/directors for the Management Council…Each athletic dean/director will be assigned to a specific sport and provide leadership and mentoring for the sport…Appointments shall be made to maintain cultural, gender, and ethnic diversity…The following criteria will be used in priority order:

1. The individual will be qualified and knowledgeable about the specific sport.
2. The individual will have the ability to commit to an extended time period.
3. A geographical balance shall be maintained within the MC.

To assist the Executive Board of the CCCADA in its selection of nominees, list the applicant's qualifications in each of the following areas:

1. Experience as an athletic dean/director

2. Active participation in the CCCADA

3. Regional/state level competition (PC) administrative experience

4. Related athletic administrative experience

5. Sport coaches' association experience

6. Coaching experience

7. Additional qualifications
