American River, Reedley playoff game rescheduled for February 26, 2001
The Commission on Athletics (COA) authorized today the rescheduling of the
American River vs. Reedley women‚s basketball first round playoff game of
the Hyundai-California Community College Women‚s Basketball Championship for
Monday, February 26, 2001. The game will be played at Reedley College.
Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m.
The second round game featuring the winner of the American River-Reedley
game has been rescheduled for Wednesday, February 28, 2001 at Fresno City
College, the north‚s third seeded team. Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m. The
game originally was scheduled for Tuesday, February 27.
The rescheduling resulted from an accident involving the American River team
last Friday during its trip to Reedley College for the first round game.
