Notes: Long Beach captures its first women’s water polo state title. Four Long Beach players tallied 3 goals (Soria, Rueda, Prine, Barth).  Long Beach head coach Chris Oeding was named Women’s Coach of the Year by the CCCWPCA.

Notes: West Valley collects its third state title, and the first since winning back-to-back championships in ’98 and ’99.  West Valley’s freshman goalie Mark Sheredy made a tournament-high 14 saves in the championship match.  Golden West head coach Scott Taylor was named Men’s Coach of the Year by the CCCWPCA.
