State Men's Soccer Playoff Power Ratings

The power rankings listed below will be used to determine the 12 teams that qualify for the 2000 postseason playoffs in the Northern and Southern California men's soccer regionals. The exact order of seeding will be determined by each region's seeding committee when it meets Saturday (Nov. 11). Conference or divisional champions with five or more teams competing will be given seeding priority, with the top four first-place teams (based on highest power rating) earning a first-round bye. The other eight teams in each region will begin postseason play in the first round November 14. The second round is November 18 and the regional finals are November 21. Two teams from each region will advance to the 2000 Hyundai California Community College Men's Soccer Championships at Lemoore Soccer Complex in Lemoore Dec. 2-3.
