Notes:

In Northern California, the San Francisco Hawaiian Punch Bowl will serve as the Northern California championship contest.

In Southern California, the American Bowl, National Bowl, Verizon Southern California Bowl and the Western State Bowl will serve as first-round playoff games. Regional semifinal (November 27) and championship (December 4) games will be hosted by the higher seed.

The winners of the Northern California and Southern California championship playoff games will advance to the Citi California Community Colleges Commission on Athletics Football Championship presented by Blue Diamond Growers on December 11, 2004 at Orel E. Micham Mineral King Bowl in Visala, California. Kick-off is scheduled for 1 p.m.
