Women's Soccer "Player of the Week"

MODESTO JUNIOR COLLEGE freshman forward VANESSA STANFIELD (Johansen High
School) scored three goals and recorded an assist in a pair of CVC wins for the Pirates in last week's opening games. Stanfield scored two goals in a 6-0 win against West Hills (Oct. 10); then added a goal with an assist in a 4-1 victory over College of the Sequoias (Oct. 13). Stanfield leads all California community college players in points (54) and goals (24), helping Modesto to an impressive 13-0-1 (2-0 CVC) record.

Men's Soccer "Player of the Week"

MODESTO JUNIOR COLLEGE sophomore goalkeeper KRIS HALL (St. Mary's H.S.,
