State Statistical Summaries for Baseball Regional Tournaments

Posted on: May 18 2000 12:43PM

State team and individual statistical summaries for each of the 16 teams vying for one of four 2000 Hyundai-California Baseball Championship berths this weekend (May 19-21) are on line now. To view the information, click "Statistics." The data summaries are broken down by regional (Fresno, Santa Rosa, Riverside, Santa Ana) and by batting or pitching. Space considerations prevented posting of complete statistics for each team.

The winner of each double-elimination regional will advance to Fresno for the state championship tournament in Fresno May 27-29.

Check this site for regional results and for additional statistical data prior to the 2000 Hyundai-California Baseball Championship.

State regional baseball statistics were compiled by Dick Hamilton for the California Community College Baseball Coaches Association. Phone (559) 732-6930 for more information.
